At Raji Auto Spare Parts Trading L.L.C., we make it easy for you to track and manage your orders. Here, you can view the status of your current orders, track shipments, and review your order history.

1. Tracking Your Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.

2. Order Status Definitions

The status of your order will fall into one of the following categories:

Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you believe this was in error, please contact our support team.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled, but you can refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further options.

4. Issues with Your Order

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing items, wrong products, or damaged goods, please contact our customer support team within 3 of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
